Where do you ship?
We ship Australia wide via Australia Post. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver internationally at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We aim to keep delivery costs as low and fair as possible.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We pack and dispatch all orders within 2 - 4 business days. Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location:
- Tasmania: 2 - 4 business days
- Mainland Australia: 3 - 7 business days
- Remote areas: May take longer
You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
What if my order is delayed?
If your delivery hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link or get in touch with us at info@johnnostasmania.com.au. We’re happy to assist.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Please double check your delivery details before placing your order. Johnno’s is not liable for parcels sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
If you realise the address is incorrect and your order has not yet been dispatched, please email our team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it in time.
Once your order has been shipped, it is beyond our control. However, you may be able to redirect the parcel using the Australia Post app or tracking link provided.
Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
We’re unable to accommodate change of mind cancellations or order changes once your purchase has been confirmed.
What if a product arrives damaged?
If your items arrive broken, leaking or otherwise damaged in transit, please email us at info@johnnostasmania.com.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Can I return a product?
Yes, we stand by the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to organise a return, refund or replacement.
