This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines how we handle the dispatch of goods, delivery timeframes and returns or refund requests. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping

Dispatch Timeframes

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days of receiving your payment. Please note that during peak times or promotional periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery Areas

We deliver Australia-wide. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location:

  • Tasmania: 2 - 4 business days
  • Mainland Australia: 3 - 7 business days
  • Remote areas: May take longer

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on the total weight and destination of your order.


We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time - please refer to our homepage or promotional emails for details.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

As we sell food products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind due to health and safety regulations. Please choose carefully when placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@johnnostasmania.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will either:

  • Offer a replacement item, or
  • Issue a full refund (including shipping, where applicable)

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. Johnno’s Tasmania is not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Late or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking link. If the issue persists, contact us at info@johnnostasmania.com.au, and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
