
Apple and mustard glazed pork chops

Ingredients:

4 boneless pork chops

2 tbsp olive oil

½ cup Johnno’s Tasmanian Apple Sauce

1 tbsp wholegrain mustard

1 tbsp brown sugar
-
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh thyme, for garnish
Method:

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and sear the chops for 2–3 minutes each side.

In a bowl, combine Johnno’s Apple Sauce, mustard, brown sugar and vinegar.

Transfer pork to an ovenproof dish. Spoon glaze over each chop and bake for 12–15 minutes or until cooked through.

Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve with roasted root vegetables.
